None of us builds houses every day and masters the individual, legally prescribed process steps. Don't be put off by terms like "building application, statics & Co". We will support you at every single step and, if necessary, will be happy to put you in touch with the right contact person who knows BLOXS inside out.

THREE PHASES TO YOUR BLOXS

From the first idea to the final installation of your BLOXS, you will go through three eventful phases. Here you will find a short overview:

PLANNING

Are you interested in BLOXS? Then make an appointment to visit one of our show houses. Alternatively, you can also arrange a telephone consultation.

Together we specify your BLOXS and clarify open questions and wishes.

The topic of financing should also be considered by you in this phase. We will be happy to put you in touch with experienced contacts.

APPROVAL

You have decided to buy a BLOXS? Before a purchase contract is concluded, we start with the building application process. We are happy to support you in this process!

After the building application has been submitted, the waiting period for a response and, in the best case, for a permit begins. In case of queries from the authorities, we will of course also be happy to support you.

Duration depending on the processing time of the authority:
vss.6 - 36 weeks

REALIZATION

Only now we conclude a purchase contract and then start the production of your BLOXS.

We manufacture your BLOXS in our BLOXS factory in Slovakia under the highest quality standards. For this purpose, we mainly use materials from renowned German manufacturers to ensure the highest possible durability.

After production, the delivery is made directly to your property by means of large-volume transport. After setting up with the help of a truck crane, your BLOXS is usually ready for occupancy on the same day after a few steps.

ANCILLARY CONSTRUCTION COSTS

Until the final use of your BLOXS, there will be some additional construction costs. Here you will find a rough overview. These are estimated prices. The actual amount varies depending on the location.
