BLOXS modular house: The superlative
The BLOXS LIVING 150 T is currently the largest BLOXS model available. With three modules, it offers a generous living space of around 114 square meters. It is delivered in three almost completely prefabricated modules, enabling rapid move-in within hours of installation.
This model impresses with its high-quality furnishings. In addition to a spacious bedroom with a separate dressing room, it offers a modern bathroom and a guest WC. Particularly noteworthy is the almost 54 square meter living-dining area with kitchen and space for a generous kitchen island. Thanks to the two large lift-and-slide elements and the additional windows in the kitchen area, this room is flooded with light. Behind the kitchenette is a large utility room with ample storage space for a washing machine and tumble dryer. Adjacent to the living room is another bedroom, which can also be used as a guest room or study.
The space planning of the middle module, in which only the water and waste water pipes run, is particularly clever. This means that no water-bearing systems need to be disconnected or closed during assembly and dismantling. This ensures a long service life for the model.

Front and rear façade in aluminum composite panel technology in selected RAL colors (other colors and decors partly subject to surcharge). Remaining façade parts in plaster façade, color white.
Premium mini SPA with separate guest WC
Upscale bathroom fittings with tiles and WC ceramics from Villeroy & Boch, bathroom fittings from hansgrohe and pre-wall systems from Geberit, incl. floor-to-ceiling shower tray. Without shower enclosure. Separate guest WC with wash hand basin.
