BLOXS modular house: The all-rounder
The BLOXS LIVING 100 D is an extremely versatile model. With its two modules, it offers generous living space. A particular highlight is the light-flooded living room, which flows seamlessly into the dining and kitchen area. There are large lift-and-slide elements on the sides of the room that can be opened in summer to connect the living area with the property and the outdoors. This creates a feeling of boundless space. The kitchen and dining area is generously proportioned and offers enough space for a wide kitchen unit and a kitchen island.
The second largest room in this model is the bedroom. It is spacious and offers room for a large bed and a wide closet. There is a separate toilet next to the bedroom. Just around the corner is the spacious bathroom with a walk-in, floor-level shower. If desired, the toilet and bathroom can also be combined into one room.
From the kitchen, you first enter the pantry, which offers plenty of space for household items and other storage. Another door leads you to the utility room, where the washing machine can be installed and laundry can be hung up to dry. The clever thing about this is that the water-bearing system within a module is closed and remains closed, allowing the model to be transported at a later date. Design façade
Front and rear façade in aluminum composite panel technology in selected RAL colors (other colors and decors partly subject to surcharge). Remaining façade parts in plaster façade, color white.
Premium mini SPA with separate WC
Upscale bathroom fittings with tiles and WC ceramics from Villeroy & Boch, bathroom fittings from hansgrohe and pre-wall systems from Geberit, incl. floor-to-ceiling shower tray. Without shower enclosure. Separate WC with hand basin in adjoining room.
