Real estate prices have been rising immeasurably for years. At the same time, interest rates are rising, making it almost impossible to realize large construction projects economically. Last but not least, there is the immense shortage of craftsmen. Waiting times until implementation of two to three years are no longer uncommon. A combination that more than diminishes the desire to build.

We have therefore set ourselves the goal of approaching the "housing" chapter anew from different angles:

First, we want to create exceedingly high-quality living space in a way that is as easy on the buyer's nerves as possible. Living space that can be resold if necessary, regardless of the reason. On the other hand, we want to circumvent the above-mentioned problems, especially the shortage of craftsmen, by offering a finished basic degree ex works that reduces on-site work to an absolute minimum. We are also playing the digitalization and process streamlining card as best we can in this rather classic segment in order to be able to offer our customers a digital customer journey.

Thomas - the founder of BLOXS - brings more than 12 years of professional experience in various sales and marketing areas at a premium car manufacturer in Bavaria. His knowledge, his demand for quality as well as his flair for individuality are just some of the ingredients that have gone into the development of BLOXS.

Steffen has almost two decades of experience in digital business and is constantly developing BLOXS in this area.

Sergey is a young, creative architect. He is to thank for the straight lines and cube shape of BLOXS. The external appearance is also due to him. If you wish, Sergej will prepare your building application and assist you with the building permit.

Sandra has the knack for the coherent, colorful interplay, the outstanding furniture as well as charming decorative elements. All combined, they give BLOXS that certain extra. Sandra will be happy to work out an inspiring interior design concept for you, too.

Michael is our man for all processes around production. He looks forward to special requests from customers and ensures that each BLOXS is built qualitatively by hand as a unique piece.
