None of us build houses every day and are masters of the individual, legally prescribed process steps. Don't be put off by terms such as "building application, statics & co". We will support you every step of the way and, if necessary, will be happy to put you in touch with the right contact person who knows BLOXS inside out.
THREE PHASES TO YOUR BLOXS
From the initial idea to the final installation of your BLOXS, you will go through three eventful phases. Here is a brief overview:

PLANNING
Are you interested in BLOXS? Then arrange an appointment to view one of our show homes. Alternatively, you can also arrange a telephone consultation.
Together we will specify your BLOXS and clarify any open questions and requests.
You should also consider the issue of financing at this stage. We will be happy to put you in touch with experienced contacts.
APPROVAL
Have you decided on a BLOXS? Before a purchase contract is concluded, we start with the building application process. We are happy to support you with this!
Once the building application has been submitted, the waiting period begins for feedback and, in the best case, approval. If the authorities have any queries, we will of course also be happy to support you.
Duration depending on the processing time of the authority:

REALIZATION
Only now do we conclude a purchase contract and then start production of your BLOXS.
We manufacture your BLOXS in our BLOXS factory in Slovakia to the highest quality standards. We mainly use materials from renowned German manufacturers to ensure the longest possible service life.
After production, delivery is made directly to your property by means of large-volume transportation. After being erected with the help of a truck-mounted crane, your BLOXS is usually ready for occupancy on the same day.

CONSTRUCTION COSTS
Until your BLOXS is ready for final use, there are still some additional building costs. You can find a rough overview here. These are estimated prices. The actual amount varies depending on the location.
